PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING SAFARIS
We put our expertise and years of Conservation experience into action to provide host and logistical support for photography and film crews. working on location in East Africa. STUDY TOURS, VOLUNTEERING AND INTERNSHIP SAFARIS
Interested in hands-on volunteer experiences working with animals or communities? We can organize internships and volunteer programmes for clients who with the aim of inspiring conservation action to save wildlife species, and a better understanding of local cultural, social and environmental issues. We also organize student study tours around students’ interests, including forest ecology, Savannah ecology,and other themes that highlight Uganda’s magnificent National Parks and Reserves.
ECOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH SAFARIS
Promoting ecological research, and related conservation and environmental projects is one of our major activities aimed at contributing to the conservation of nature, for a sustainable tourism industry and development. We therefore provide logistical support to research crews wishing to carryout activities in Uganda.
THE WILD DISCOVERIES PARTNERSHIP TRUST
The Wild Discoveries Partnership Trust (WPT) is an autonomous non-profit unit dedicated to conservation in regions where we operate tours. The aim of the WPT is to enhance of community livelihoods and long-term conservation of East Africa’s natural resources.
The WPT achieves its objectives through special projects that fall into two categories; Conservation Science and Community Empowerment. The Trust focuses on projects that benefit the Earth and people by priortising ecosystem services, combating climate change, and sustainable development. Wild Discoveries Safaris (U) Ltd contributes a voluntary donation to the WPT from every safari trip.
